Oh my oh my.

On a very dull note, i totally screwed the accounts test just now. General was practically empty, and of course, without the adjusted entries, i can’t do the trading, profit and loss, and balance shit. Oh well, on a brighter note though, at least i didn’t fare that badly for mid-sem test, so i’m still not failing it! There’s excel test tomorrow, you know i suck at CSA. let’s not go into it.

ANYWAY, those who want spoilers come to me! I’m gonna tell you everything! COME IF YOU WANT SPOILERS ON HP&DH! Fine, i was kidding. Anyway, through jen and mich, i got to know that people actually downloaded the Deathly Hallows from the net. Needless to say, jen and i got pretty much disgusted and oh well, to me, i just hope that whoever who downloads that STUPID SHIT ONLINE, has their eyes sore from staring too much into the computer screen, and best if they get myopia to about a thousand degrees on each side. SERVES YOU RIGHT. For doing such despicable things. WHERE DID ALL YOUR MORALS GO?!

The process on getting DH. HAHAHAHAFAAGSD. Woke up early on saturday morning to Pasir Ris Popular to get my book, reached there at around 7.30am? And boy the queue was looooong! Met lots of people with the same interest, heard them talked about their predictions, laughed with them and spent 50minutes in the queue until i finally got my hands on it. Held it like some treasure when i started to flip the pages, read covers and all, and then finally started on the first paragraph in the cab on my way to school. Had to FORCE myself to stop since i had something in school.
When i finally got home, and started the book, its was around 7pm,and read all the way to 4am, ok, plus minus take out an hour in between to bathe and all, and then to my amazement, went to bed, oh well, couldn’t take it. Woke up at 11ish and went back to DH at 12pm, took me all the way to 5pm to finish it. I seriously don’t know why i took so long, some people took 5 hours only. What am i, a slow reader of some shit. Perhaps. But it was a goooooooood experience.
For me, this is by far the best piece of literature ever written. EVER. Do start reading them, right up from the first book, its much more meaningful than the movies! I swear, the movies doesn’t give the book any justice! But alas, if are still insistent on being an obstinate freak who doesn’t want to be part of this legend made by JK. Rowling, fine by me. You’ll know that you had somehow missed that part of MAGIC in life.

Back to point, yes, yes, JKR has once again worked her magic and made us all who read the book awe-struck(NEWS: DH sold 8.3million copies worldwide on the first day it was released.), fascinated, what with those jaw hanging scenes and all, but i’m pretty sure, the ending was a wonderful one, no matter who’s reading it(oh well, a little setback for me was that harry got together with Ginny, common sense tells you that i’m not a HG person! I’m a Harry&Hermione kid!). And it comes to the fact that the series has ended, no more Harry to look forward too anymore, no more worrying about what’s going to happen next, what’s the release date, will Harry die etc, NO MORE. Its a fullstop now. Sigh, 7 books, to remind me of the hours that i spent on them, again and again, how i crossed roads not looking at cars, but at the book, how i slept with the book bookmarked on my bedside table, and best, how i relied on my camera light in the phone to read it in the dark. Oh well, i could always re-read them, but the feeling isn’t the same anymore. The 14 hours i spent on DH, is one of the most fruitful 14 hours i ever had. THANK YOU JKR. If she ever taught us all anything besides spells and curses, it was love. 😀

I’m firstly, shocked at how far i’ll go for a bag. Secondly, effing sian-ed by the fact that the waiting list for “I’m NOT A Plastic bag” closed. You know i purposely dragged mysled alone to town this evening just to ckeck on the damn bag. And there isn’t an Anya store in paragon lar. WASTED MY TIME WALKING AROUND. So i went back to Ngee Ann City to check on On Pedder and Anya Hindmarch itself. And damn i’m lucky cus at least the 2 boutiques were just opposite each other. The On Pedder person told me, when i asked, “Sorry miss, but we are not launching the bag anymore.” I walked out of the store sulking after saying my thanks. Went opposite to Anya Hindmarch(they have very friendly and nice sales people anyway!) asked again, “Sorry miss, we just closed the waiting list with 2000 people on it not long ago. Sorry, but maybe you’d like to wait til the next season which is in Feb? They’ll be doing more bags.” Do i look like i can wait? Or want to wait for that matter. I said thank you and left, even more sullenly. AND THE GREEN VERSION IS PRETTY PRETTY.

Grey. Aren’t they just all so lovely?

Oh well. maybe i should just get over it. Its ONLY a bag anyway. I keep telling myself that. Ok, my superficiality aside. I’m officially telling you all that i have no life until next week. Project deadlines are catching up and if we don’t hurry, we will be so dead. And so, the rest of next week and this week after school is reserved for projects, its gonna be so exciting and fun and lovely i can’t wait! Not.

Oh shit, there’s commskills tomorrow. And nothing’s improving cus the report is still not completely done.

You know? All things blur into nothingness when you are thrown from a great height, after having hopes for many things and it crashed, disappointing everyone.

I really have got to do something to get my mind out of that superly wonderfully cute tote by Anya Hindmarch that i’ve been ranting about(you can refer to the post 2 days ago). Carry on like this, i’m going to die from over-obsession with that bag sooner than you can ever imagine. Oh well, unless of course, that 28,888 thing comes true. Cus if it does, i’m gonna be the happiest girl that has ever walked this planet. Together with shimin! 😀 Yes yes.

Come to think of it right, i should have skipped school on that day to queue for it. =( Why didn’t i do it? I naive-ly thought that there wasn’t a launch in Sg, i was proven wrong, VERY WRONG. HOW COULD THERE BE NO LAUNCH IN SG? I MUST HAVE BEEN SICK IN THE DAMN MIND. And hoho! the waiting list is about as long as Green line of the MRT tracks. Whic kind person would gladly sell it to me at a reasonable price or give it to me, i swear, i will jump with so much happiness, i’ll never ever whine again. 🙂

Sadded shit lar. i’m in some lousy mood now. what with accounting taking away all my energy for the day 2 hours ago. And yes, replicas of “i’m NOT A Plastic bag.”is out already, retailing at $49 online. And no, you seriously didn’t think that i’m getting the replica right?
